Becoming a Homeowner is Easier than You Think

Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity builds homes in partnership with qualifying families. We then sell these homes at no profit. Our homes are attractive, well-built and extremely energy efficient, with new home prices averaging about $165,000, plus the cost of land.

Adults who earn between $43,000 – $92,000 per year, depending on the size of the family, may qualify for a Habitat home. The average monthly mortgage payment is $1,200.
